The producers of "So You Think You Can Dance" have announced that Vanessa Hudgens will be joining the judges panel for the 14th season of Fox's reality dance show.
The producers of "So You Think You Can Dance" have announced that Vanessa Hudgens will be joining the judges panel for the 14th season of Fox's reality dance show.
She will be judging alongside the shows' longtime host, Mary Murphy, and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe. The personalities between the three are exceptionally different, which should make for a fun and lively mix. We are expecting this year's panel of judges to be classy, brilliant, and as always, highly entertaining.

Hudgens considers herself an actress and singer; however, she showed her dancing capabilities early on in her career with her breakthrough performances in the "High School Musical" movies. Just a year ago she displayed her dancing chops again on Fox's production of "Grease Live!," which won five Primetime Emmys. Hudgens is no stranger to dance, and her positive personality could create the perfect recipe for this season's "SYTYCD" panel of judges.
"There was instant chemistry in the audition rounds, and I know the 'SYTYCD' fans will love her as much as we do," Lythgoe said in a statement.
